Q: How do I contact you if I have questions?

A: Our support team is available 24/7 at hello@beautytrendings.com. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at the support email. We are working hard to answer all questions, but please note that we might take up to 24-48 hours for a response to your question.

 

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: You can use our Track Your Order page to see the current status of your package. Just put in your tracking number and it will tell you the current delivery status. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 5 days to activate.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: We are working super hard to get packages shipped out ASAP so you can enjoy them sooner. Please note that every order takes 1-3 business days to process and ship out. Depending on where you are located, shipping takes about 5-25 days to arrive. You can refer to our shipping policy here.

 

Q: Can I change my order?

A: You can change or cancel your order within the first 12h after ordering by contacting our support at hello@beautytrendings.com with your information and details. After 12h we unfortunately can't cancel or change any order, because we forward the information to our warehouse as fast as possible to provide faster delivery.

However, you always have the option of returning the package after receiving them. We then will issue you a full refund. Refer to our refund policy here.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: You can purchase on our website using any debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Paypal , Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can choose your preferred payment methods at checkout.

 

Q: Which currency will I be charged in?

A: We currently charge our customers in USD $. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of your currency.

 

Q: Is the payment secure?

A: Yes, we attach great importance to the security of the information of our customers. We support state of the art SSL encrypted checkouts, where your information is absolutely secure.

 

 

Q: What if I receive a broken or not functioning product?

A: We’re super sorry for such instances, but it happens from time to time. We are all just humans and along the way of manufacturing, testing and shipping the product can take damage and not function properly as it arrives at your home.

In this case please contact the support at hello@beautytrendings.com and we can work something out. We would be glad to send you another one free of charge – if you want that just mention it in your email to our support. Thanks.

 

Q: I have not received confirmation or shipping email?

A: After you've placed an order you'll receive a confirmation email from us. 1-3 days from then you'll receive an email with shipping information including your tracking number. If you can not find one or even any of them, please first check your spam or promotions tab. If it is still not there, please reach out to us at hello@beautytrendings.com and we will happily help you out.

 

Q: Are returns free?

A: Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns. That’s due to our company location. The buyer is responsible for any returns to be made on his side.

 

Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

A: Yes, we offer a 30-Day-Money-Back Guarantee for all of our products. You can shop with absolute certainty.

For the guarantee to come into effect you must respect the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We are shipping worldwide with the exception of a few countries. The majority of our customers come from the USA, UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. If we are, due to circumstances, not able to ship your order, we will contact you and refund you accordingly.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We are working super hard to get packages shipped out ASAP so you can enjoy them sooner. Please note that every order takes 1-3 business days to process and ship out. Q: My tracking number is not showing anything?

A: Tracking numbers can take up to 5 days to activate and that may be the reason it is not showing anything within the first few days. If it is still showing nothing after 5 days, please reach out to us at hello@beautytrendings.com

 

Q: I have only received a part of my order. What happened?

A: It happens from time to time that we run out of stock on some products you may have ordered. What happens is that we will ship the first part of your order (what is in stock) out and ship out the second part as soon as it's in stock again. We will of course notify you via email if that happens, but it may land in the spam or promotions tab. So if you've only received a part of what you initially ordered, don't worry, another package will arrive soon and you'll receive your complete order.

 

Q: I placed my order. Can I still make changes to my order or shipping address?

A: We process orders as quickly as possible, which means that there’s very little time to make adjustments. If you wish to make any urgent updates, please email us at hello@store.com as soon as possible and include the following:

In the subject line, put "Change to order" or "Update shipping address."

Please include your order number in the email.

If you wish to update your shipping address, please include the new shipping address in the email.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee these requests will always be accommodated, as we cannot make any changes once your order is shipped.
