Q: What countries are you shipping to?
A: We are shipping worldwide with exception for a few countries. The majority of our customers come from the USA, UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. If we are somehow not able to ship your order, we will contact you and work out a solution. If you are not sure whether we can ship to you, please reach out to us and ask!
Q: When will I receive my package?
A: We are working super hard to get packages shipped out ASAP so you can enjoy them sooner. Please not that every order takes 1-3 business days to process and ship out. Depending on where you are located, shipping takes about 5-25 business days to arrive. You can refer to our shipping policy here.
Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
A: You'll receive an email about 1-3 days after purchasing with shipping info including your tracking number. You can then track your order. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 5 days to activate, that's maybe why your tracking number is not showing anything in the first few days.
Q: I have only received a part of my order. What happened?
A: In order to keep stock cost low, we've decided to only rent a small warehouse. Sometime we sell out faster than new shipments come in, so we split up packages containing multiple products into multiple packages. This ensures you get your first items as fast as possible without having to wait longer. We will of course let you know via email when that happens, but sometimes these emails land in the spam or promotions tab. If you've only received a part of your order so far, don't worry and be assured that the rest will follow soon.
